By this criminal writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to conduct proper investigation in F.I.R., dated 26.05.2017 bearing No.291/2017 and Crime No.126/2017.
Primarily, we find that the dispute between the petitioner and the other persons against whom she has sought a direction for the registration of the crime, arises out of a contractual matter. Secondly, the petitioner would be entitled to avail the appropriate remedy for seeking the relief claimed.
In the result, we dismiss the criminal writ petition with no order as to costs.
