02] The petitioner is seeking to amend the prayer clause by which contending to add the prayer of dismissal of execution proceeding. Other side, in fact, contended that the petitioner has made misleading statement in the petition and, therefore, she is not entitled for the proposed additional relief. 03] It is purely a matter of merit, whether the petitioner is entitled for proposed amended prayer or otherwise.

04] In order to avoid multiplicity of the proceedings, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to amend prayer clause as urged. Of course, the respondents are at liberty to file additional reply to the amended prayer, if they desire so.
