The State of Maharashtra, through its Chief Secretary, Ministry fo Home, Mantralaya, Mumbai-32 and ors ....................................................................................................................................................... Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court orders or directions Court's or Judge's Order and Registrar's orders ....................................................................................................................................................... Shri A.B. Moon, counsel for the petitioner.

CORAM
: B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & A.S. CHANDURKAR, JJ.
DATED : OCTOBER 15, 2016.
Heard.
As F.I.R. is already registered, we are not inclined to look into alleged delay in investigation which learned counsel Shri A.B. Moon for the petitioner wants to point out this Court. Similarly, we are also not inclined to delve into efforts made by learned counsel Shri S.M. Uike to point out that affidavit in support of the writ petition is not sworn as per law. He has also attempted to point out another affidavit (original) sworn before the same Notary (at England) to press his point in the matter.
He contends that the F.I.R. has been registered only because of order of this Court dated .....2/-
18.8.2018.
Perusal of order dated 18.8.2016 does not reveal any direction to police.
We, therefore, dispose of the present criminal writ petition as infructuous.
