There is a delay of 12 days in filling the appeal against the judgment and order dated 24.04.2025, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, convicting the appellant for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

The learned Addl.PP strongly opposes the application. However, having gone through the application and considering the explanation offered by the appellant, we are of the view that the delay is properly explained and it needs to be condoned.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered.

The application is disposed of.
