We have perused the order dated June 28, 2023 passed by this Court thereby permitting withdrawal of Writ Petition No. 2222 of 2022. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant has claimed that in view of the communication which was marked 'A' based on which the writ petition was withdrawn deals with only limited issue i.e. arrears of salary and not other emoluments.

In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the miscellaneous civil application with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court in appropriate proceedings. Order accordingly. No costs. (M.W. CHANDWANI, J.) (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) APTE
