DATED : AUGUST 18, 2016 By these civil applications, the applicants seek condonation of delay in substituting their names in place of the deceased petitioner and also seek substitution of their names in place of the deceased petitioner.

For the reasons stated in Civil Application No.1821/2016, the delay in filing application is condoned. The applicants are permitted to substitute their names in place of the deceased petitioner on record. The amendment should be carried out within two weeks. Both these civil applications are allowed and disposed of.
