01] Shri M.M. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the Appellant states that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited before this Court. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till final disposal of the appeal. The civil application stands disposed of. C ivil Application (CAF) No.17/202 02] The Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 have sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant/Acquiring Body in terms of the judgment and award dated 02.05.2014 in LAC No.106/2002. 03] Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the Respondent Nos.1 to 8 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon on giving usual undertaking.
