Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The limited grievance raised in the petition is that though the representation is made by the petitioner for refund of the earnest money deposit to the respondent no.2, the same is not decided for a period of several months.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.
