CORAM : P.N.DESHMUKH & MRS. PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, JJ.

DATE : 13.06.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh. Application was made by the petitioner for grant of Parole on the ground of viral fever sustained by his wife. It is contended that the application made was not in compliance to Rule 19 of the Maharashtra Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959 and, therefore, liberty is sought to file necessary application, if found necessary.

In that view of the matter, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh, if so advised. Fees of the Advocate is quantified at Rs.1500/- (one thousand five hundred only).
