In the present case, before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the injury claim was filed by the injured. The same was partly allowed. The appellant challenged the said judgment by way of present appeal.

During the pendency of the present appeal, the original claimant Prashant Namdeorao Gaiki is expired on 05.10.2024. In view of this subsequent development, the present application is moved to add the father of the original claimant as one of the party respondent to the present proceeding.

Hence, for the reason stated in the application, the application is allowed. The father of original claimant Namdeorao Gaiki be implead as a party respondent to the present appeal.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.

List the matter as per its turn.
