This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for review of the judgment and order dated 29-06-2017. The delay is 353 days.

Heard Shri Narwade, learned Counsel for the applicant/ original claimant. The learned Counsel for the respondent no.4 VIDC-Shri P.B.Patil has filed the reply which is taken on record. He has also heard on this application. Similarly, learned AGP Shri M.K. Pathan, who represents the non applicant nos. 1 to 3 is also heard.

After hearing the receptive Counsels, we are of the view that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Consequently, the application is allowed. The delay of 353 days in filing the application for review is hereby condoned. 4.

The application is disposed of.

The registry is directed to register the Review Application.
