Mr. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner, in order to assuage the apprehension of Mr. Parchure, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, that the petitioner would not join respondent No.4 - School, makes a statement that the petitioner is willing to rejoin respondent No.4 - School.

Since approval has now been accorded by the Education Officer to the appointment of the petitioner, and therefore, the only ground for the order dated 25/08/2022 (page 161) does not survive, the same is hereby quashed and set aside, and the petitioner is directed to join the duty with respondent No.4 - School, by the end of this week.
