The applicants are seeking quashment of proceedings in Regular Criminal Case 637/2014 which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Corporation Court 1, Nagpur.

The complainant is personally present in the Court and she confirms that the matrimonial dispute is amicably settled and that she has already filed an affidavit in the Family Court way back in 2015 to that effect. 3.

In this view of the matter, we quash the proceedings in Regular Criminal Case 637/2014 subject to the condition that within the next fifteen days the applicants shall collectively deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) and the respondent 2 shall deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) in the registry of this Court.

If the amount is not deposited within the period stipulated supra, this application be listed on board under the caption 'for direction'.
