Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 3rd October, 2023 in Writ Petition No. 6605 of 2022, the petitioner has filed this application inter alia praying that respondent no.4-the Tahsildar, Paoni be directed to comply with the said order without any further delay.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that respondent no.4 has already complied with the order passed by this Court dated 3rd October, 2023. It is submitted that due to Lok Sabha elections, SKNair

917-wp-6605-22.odt respondent no.4 could not comply with the order within a mandated period. It is submitted that respondent no.4 has filed reply to the present application and tendered apology for delay in complying with the order passed by this Court.

The petitioner has not disputed the assertions made in the reply filed by the respondent no.4. In that view of the matter, the apology tendered by the respondent no.4 for delay in complying the order is accepted. Nothing survives in the application and the same is accordingly disposed of.
