This is an application filed by the applicant for revision against registrar's order dated 12.6.2018.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has preferred an appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Darwha in L.A.C. No.2131/2004. The matter was however dismissed by the learned Registrar as the counsel for the applicant inadvertently did not mark the present matter in the cause list. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objection within a period of two weeks. In view of statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed and order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial), dated 12.6.2018 is hereby set aside. First Appeal
