Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff. Nobody appears on behalf of the non-applicant/ defendant.

No reply to these applications has been filed. It is obvious that the non-applicant is not now interested to contest these applications. Even otherwise, the reasons stated in these applications, in my opinion, do disclose sufficient cause. The applications are, therefore, allowed and disposed of. The delay in filing the application for restoration of the suit is condoned. The suit stands restored to it's original file by recalling the order dated 26/02/2016.
