It is submitted that now the learned Presiding Officer is available and hence the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition so as to approach the Tribunal.

Since this writ petition was filed on 08.10.2021, the period spent in prosecuting the writ petition till today be considered by the Tribunal if the petitioner approaches it in accordance with law.
