This is an application for condonation of delay of 17 days caused in filing the revision application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 17 days caused in filing the revision application is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

This is an application for revision against order passed by the Registrar (J.) of this Court dated 12.6.2018 in First Appeal St.No.4827/2018.

Being aggrieved by judgment and order dated 14.8.2017 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, .....2/-

cao1341.18 19 Chandrapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.31/2013, the appellant preferred a first appeal. As per the directions dated 12.6.2018, objections were asked to be removed within a period of 14 days. However, the directions of the Registrar (J.) to remove office objections were not complied with inadvertently by the appellant. The appeal came to be rejected by the Registrar (J.). 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of one week. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the appellant, the following order is passed: Order dated 12.6.2018 passed by the Registrar (J.) of this Court is hereby set aside. The first appeal stamp is restored to file. The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
