DATE : 09.09.2015 Though we are not sure whether somebody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 25.8.2015 or not, since Smt. Neeta Jog, the learned Counsel, who appeared for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.2783/2015, states that she was not present on 25.8.2015 when time to effect the transfer was extended by a period of one month, by way of last chance, without going into the controversy, on the request made by the learned Counsel, we delete her name from the list of appearances. The civil application stands disposed of.
