These are the applications filed by the legal heirs of the deceased / appellant. By these applications the delay of 72 days in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of the applicant is sought to be condoned. It is also prayed that the legal heirs may be permitted to be brought on record and the abatement caused due to the delay may also be set aside. The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection, considering which the delay is condoned and abatement is set aside and the legal heirs of the applicants are permitted to be brought on record.
