2.
The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the impugned judgment, in my view, the applicants are entitled to withdraw Rs. 4,88,437/- at this stage without any interest. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are entitled to withdraw Rs. 4,88,437/-. In my view, the amount is to be paid to applicant No. 1 only, as the applicants Nos. 2 and 3 are major and earning sons.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount of Rs. 4,88,437/- in the bank account of applicant No. 1, Ms. Nalini, within five weeks on her furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.
