This is an application seeking condondation of delay of 21 days in filing an appeal against order dated 02.12.2017, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal.

Mr. Awcht, learned counsel draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 to 8 of the application in support of his contentions to condone the delay.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having perused the application, let the delay of 21 days be condoned and the appeal be registered.
