Parole leave is sought by the applicant for treating his four-year-old daughter.

Learned counsel Ms S.B. Khobragade for the applicant requests this Court to look into plight of the family as there is no male member.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that when daughter is not requiring any medical attention, parole leave sought on that ground is un-warranted.

As there is nothing on record to demonstrate that the said daughter requires any medical treatment, the application is misconceived. Accordingly, it is rejected. No costs.
