The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent - Land Acquisition Officer is not deciding his application. If that be the grievance it is a matter of administrative discipline. The Collector, Buldhana will take cognizance of this grievance and issue necessary directions to Respondent No.2 - Land Acquisition Officer. We entrust the responsibility of ensuring that the concerned Land Acquisition Officer decide the application within reasonable time on the Collector, Buldhana.
