09th February, 2018 This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the judgment dated 18th April, 2017 passed by the School Tribunal, Amravati, directing reinstatement of the petitioner along with continuity of service and back wages has not been complied. After this Court issued notice to the respondents, reply has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and

2. In the reply, it is stated that the petitioner has been reinstated on 1st August, 2017 and that his pay bills have been forwarded to the Education Officer for approval.

Accepting aforesaid statements made on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2, I do not find it necessary to keep the Contempt Petition pending. The same is, therefore, disposed of.

Needless to state that if the occasion arises, the petitioner is free to invoke the remedies available to him under law.
