ATE : APRIL 15 , 202 After superannuation on 30.6.2019 as Primary Health Worker, till this date, the petitioner is not provided with pension. The denial appears to be on the ground of non-providing service book, Aadhar Card etc.

There appears to be the communications to the petitioner by respondent No. 3 District Health Officer, however, such communications are addressed on different addresses, as such, petitioner claims that the communications were not received. 3.

Be that as it may, we direct petitioner to appear before the District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola on 29.4.2024 alongwith all the documents which are in her possession viz. PAN card, Bank Account details etc.

If so required, the said authority shall prepare duplicate service book of the petitioner immediately and thereafter, shall Belkhede

2 62wp8520.2022..odt submit a proposal for releasing the pension of the petitioner in any case by 31.5.2024.

Let the aforesaid proposal be completed in all respect as it shall be the responsibility of the District Health Officer to process the request of the petitioner for release of pension. 6.

In case, if there is any failure on the part of the District Health Officer in complying with the order, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach afresh before this Court. 7.
