"Learned Assistant Government Pleader makes a statement that the petitioner - Sanjabrao Ambhore, is presently working at Buldhana, the place which he was transferred by the order dated 31/05/2017 and the respondent no.4 - Sharad Wagh is working at Amravati, the place which he was transferred by the order dated 31/05/2017. It is, therefore, submitted that the transfer order dated 31/05/2017 has already been acted upon, as the petitioner and the respondent no.4 are working at their respective places of transfer.

Advocate Ms Diwe holding for Shri Agrawal, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions in this regard.

List the matter after one week."

Ms Bhagat, learned counsel submits that the transfer order has indeed been acted upon.

If that be so, nothing survives in the petition. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
