This is an application for clarification of order dated 18th August, 2022, moved by the State to pray that whatever observations made by this Court in the order granting anticipatory bail to the applicant, the trial Court shall not get influenced by the same at the time of trial.

Accordingly, in the operative part of order, clause (iii) be added in the order dated 18th August, SKNair

After corrections, the order be uploaded in the official website a fresh.
