The learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the pursis dated 28.8.2024 informing thereby that the matter has been settled between the parties before Maha Lok Adalat held on 7.4.2017 at Yavatmal. So also filed copy of compromise entered between the parties in that Lok Adalat. 2.

In view of above, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement arrived between the parties at Maha Lok Adalat on 7.4.2017 at Yavatmal.
