A prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondent no.4-Collector and respondent no.5 to grant them 200 square feet land/plot since the petitioners are physically challenged persons. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has fairly pointed out that in view of G. R. dated 25.09.2023 a Committee is constituted under the Chairmanship of the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation. He submits that if a proper application is made by the petitioners, the Committee will look into it.

Be that as it may, since the petition is pending from 2024 before this Court, we direct that the present writ petition be treated as representation and same be placed before the Committee constituted as per the Government Resolution dated 25.09.2023. 5.

It is expected that the said Committee shall take a decision on the said representation within ten weeks in accordance with law from the date of production of copy of this order before it. 6.

Learned counsel undertakes to furnish copy of writ petition as well as the order passed today before the concerned authority within two weeks.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as costs.
