At the time of hearing, the learned advocate for the petitioner was asked to supply the copy of the above order across the bar, however, he expressed his inability to do so.

As the impugned order is not placed on record, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file proper petition, if so advised. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
