DATE : 12/10/2018 The petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to release them on emergency parole leave because of serious illness of their mother. However, it is reported that the mother of the petitioners expired and the petitioners were thereafter released on emergency parole. Hence, the present criminal writ petition has become infructuous.
The criminal writ petition is dismissed as such. Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioners is quantified at Rs.1500/-.
