After having heard for some, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to put forth before the Family Court, Yavatmal the documents as regards the petitioner's income with the liberty to make a request to modify the order granting interim maintenance.

The above relief has been sought on the ground that the petitioner was in serious trouble. His brother and mother were suffering from certain ailments and petitioner was required to focus on their treatment and hence he could not instruct his lawyer properly. 4.
As such, the petitioner ought to have furnished all the documents, however, considering the difficulties put forth, an opportunity could be granted to the petitioner
2 cri.wp 557.2023.odt to place on record statement of assets and liabilities before the Family Court, Yavatmal and to file appropriate application for modification of order, which if filed, shall be considered by the Family Court on its own merit. This liberty, however, is subject to petitioner depositing 50% of the maintenance amount before the Family Court within a period of two weeks from today.
