The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.351 of 2025, registered with Police Station Desaiganj, Tah. Desaiganj, Dist. Gadchiroli for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 316(2) and 316(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

This Court on 16.07.2025 has already granted ad interim protection to the applicant.

The applicant is attending the police station and also co-operating with investigating machinery as per the condition imposed upon him.

Considering the allegations against this applicant, custodial interrogation of this applicant is not required. Hence, the interim protection granted on 16.07.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
