The only prayer made in the Writ Petition is for a direction to be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the application preferred by the

WP 2508-2022 Judgment petitioner under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, which has been preferred on 28/08/2018.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid proceedings, if the same has not been disposed of, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
