Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A prayer is made to direct respondent No. 2 to immediately change the petitioner's Category status to Unreserved Category from Scheduled Caste Category. Some other prayers are also made. Learned Counsel for petitoiner has also invited our attention to page No. 73, by which the issue is raised with respondent No. 2 Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, (VNIT) Nagpur.

Be that as it may, we direct respondent No. 2 that the present petition be treated as representation of the petitioner and same shall be decided by respondent No. 2, within ten weeks from today. Petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order along with this petition before respondent authorities, within two weeks. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
