The petitioner has approached this Court directly even without making any effort before the Trial CourtIndustrial Court, seeking early hearing and disposal of his application. Since this Court is not aware of the pendency position nor the learned counsel for the petitioner is aware of the same, it is not possible for this Court to allow this petition. The best option for the petitioner is to approach the same Court where his litigation is pending seeking relief which he is requesting from this Court.
