The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime No. 96/2018, registered with Police Station Pachpaoli, Dist. Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 212, 304, 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act and Section 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4) of the MCOCA Act.

After going through the case-diary and considering the allegations particularly the confessional statement of the applicant under Section 18 of the MCOC Act, I am of the opinion that, sufficient incriminating material is available on record and further there are criminal antecedents against the applicant.
