S. Kshirsagar, Advocate for Petitioners. Mr. S. M. Ukey, Addl.G.P. for Respondent No.1/State. CORAM : ANIL S. KILOR AND MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI,JJ.
DATED : 28/07/2025.
1.
Heard.
2.
A limited grievance raised in this petition is that the petitioners' made a representation to the Secretary, Rural Development Department through Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli on 30.06.2025 and there is no decision on the same.
3.
It is argued that as regard to the transfer of the employee, the early decision on the petitioners' representation is necessary.
4.
The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, makes a statement that within three weeks, the decision will be taken.
5.
Accordingly, nothing survives in this petition. By accepting the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petition stands dismissed. No costs.
