The petitioner wants to amend the petition by deleting name of respondent no.4 and adding Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Amravati Division, Amravati as respondent no.4(a) as mentioned in the application. The application is allowed without issuing notice to respondent no.3. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

On amending the petition, issue notice to newly added respondent no.4(a), returnable on 17/9/2018.
