The application is for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that victim who is subjected for sexual assault is disabled girl up to 55%. Moreover, she is a patient of sickle cell disease. Considering the statement of the victim and the other investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
