A limited grievance is raised by the petitioners i.e. representation made by the petitioners on 31.07.2023 has not yet been decided by the respondents though served through post acknowledgment due.

The learned A.G.P. makes a statement that, a decision will be taken on such representation. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that, nothing survives in the present petition. The purpose would be served if the directions are issued to the respondent No.2-Collector, Chandrapur, to decide the representation of the petitioner within one month from the date of submission of the copy of this order.

The petitioners are directed to submit the copy of representation while submitting the copy of this order to the Collector, Chandrapur.
