The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the H.M.P. No.112/2013 is pending before the trial Court for more than 2 1⁄2 years and considering the nature of controversy, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the petition within stipulated time. It is further submitted that if the H.M.P. No.112/2013 is directed to be disposed of within 4 months, the petitioner does not intend to continue with the challenge to the order passed by the trial Court on application (Exh. No.15).

Accepting the request made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose

The learned advocate for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has not paid the entire amount as per the impugned order.

The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner will pay the entire amount as per the impugned order till March, 2016. The petition is disposed of accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
