The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri T.A. Mirza waives service for the State/respondent. Criminal Application (APPA) No. 699/2019 .

The conviction is under Section 380, 457 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the appellants are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years, I have perused the deposition placed on record and the reasons recorded in the judgment. The appellants were on bail during the course of the trial and sentence is suspended by the trial Court.

In this view of the matter, the substantive sentence is suspended till the final disposal of the appeal. JUDGE Prity G.
