Heard learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for the applicant and learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri I.J. Damle for non-applicant Nos.2 and 3. Learned counsel Shri A.B. Nakshane for non-applicant No.1 is absent.

Learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for the applicant submits that the applicant already deposited amount of Rs.4,47,380/- before the Reference Court. He submits that the amount is yet to be withdrawn by nonapplicant No.1. 4.

Since the amount is already deposited, there shall be Stay. Non-applicant No.1 shall not be permitted .....2/-
