On going through the reply of the prosecution, it is seen that animals have already been seized and the vehicle has also been seized. Thus, the custodial interrogation of the applicant would not be required. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted by this Court to the applicant on 19/8/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
