DATE : 26.10.2018 Heard Shri S.K.Sable, Advocate (appointed) for the applicant and Shri Jawade, learned APP for non-applicant/State. Learned APP has pointed out crime chart of the applicant and submitted that the applicant is a gang leader. He used to take contract for vacating premises on the say of person, who give contract to him. He is running gang. Learned APP has further submitted that the trial Court has rightly rejected application of the applicant for grant of bail.

Perused the order of the trial Court. The trial Court has recorded its reason while rejecting the bail application of the applicant. The crime chart shows that since last 10 years, the applicant is facing as many as 24 trial before the Courts. He is also involved in serious offences like under Section 302, 307, 394, 363, etc. In the present case, offence under M.C.O.C.Act is also registered against the applicant. There is no reason or change in the circumstances to grant bail to this applicant.

Hence, the application is rejected. Fees of learned counsel for the applicant be paid as per rules.
