Shri Apurv De, Advocate for the applicant-original petitioner states that inadvertently in the cause title of petition the name of the respondent no.1b was wrongly shown as "Sanjay Vithobaji Wadle" instead of "Sanjay Natthuji Wadle". The petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment in cause title of the petition and the same be accordingly corrected in the judgment also and the respondent no.1b be shown as "Sanjay Natthuji Wadle".
