This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 20/07/2017 passed by this Court permitting respondent nos.1 to 5 to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation invested with Andhra Bank, High Court Branch, Nagpur as per the order of Tribunal. The submission is that the Tribunal has not passed any order and the amount is invested with the bank as per the order of this Court.
Shri Pophaly, learned Counsel for Insurance Company does not dispute the same.
In view of the above, modification sought is allowed. Respondent nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 1/5th share each of 50% of the amount of compensation deposited with this Court.
Civil application stands disposed of.
