We have perused the Application for amendment. The Petitioner is seeking to convert this Writ Petition into Public Interest Litigation. This Court has framed the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010 for filing Public Interest Litigations and the Public Interest Litigations are to be entertained if they found in confirmity with the said Rules.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. He states that the Petitioner is desirous of SKNair

When such a Petition is filed, it will be considered within the ambit of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010 and by the Court if any public interest is made out. Further if the credibility of the reports based on anthropological knowledge is sought to be questioned, the Petitioner should have atleast some degree of expertise in the subject.
